They haven't done anything to the Xterra...yet. Depending on which rumor you believe, it will either continue on unchanged, get a redesign in the next year or so, or will be discontinued.Calicajun wrote:What has Nissan done with the 2013 Xterra (mini PF)? This is what I originaly started looking at before buying the PF. Seems to be the same as the PF just a little shorter.
You're the one who sounds butt hurt because no one here likes your new station wagon. The new Pathy is just a different vehicle altogether so it probably won't attract it's current owners.Carlo wrote:All I hear is bunch of whiners in this forum about how the New R52 Pathfinder is a piece of junk. Let me ask you this....where the hell were you when Nissan was complaining that the R51 was not a big seller. The last time I checked there was a dozen with thousands of dollars off sitting in the lot. Why? B/c nobody in their right mind would want old technology. So if you whiners want an R51, here is your chance of saving a lot money. Let me guess, you whiners can't afford one and that's why you are bashing the new style, the new technolgy, the exquisite luxury and the great MPG-22 mpg to be exact b/c I have one. A platinum w/premium package in dark slate and almond interior with navi with 360 degree cameras, two tv's and a huge panorama moonroof. It's a bad ass vehicle and no I'm not going to go off road with this beauty but can go to unpaved roads easily. I had an old Pathfinder, Jeep Grand, and 4Runner and these bad boys don't compare to the new Pathfinder except off road. You'll laugh at that but people who go off road buy a used Nissan, Toyota or Jeep so they don't care if it gets scratched. So you whiners complain all you want b/c I'm enjoying this new SUV of mine. Here is a short list of my SUV.
Best-in-class fuel economy*
Best-in-class interior passenger volume**
Best-in-class front headroom and front legroom**
Most standard towing capacity in class**
Class-exclusive selectable 2WD, Auto and 4WD Lock modes**
Class-exclusive Xtronic CVT® transmission**
Class-exclusive 3rd row seat recline**
Class-exclusive Around View™ Monitor***
Class-exclusive Easy Fill Tire Alert System**
I know a few that has an R51 and their tired of the rugged, rough ride, boxy looking with very bad MPG truck. They saw my vehicle and they were sold. Things change and people have to move on to get better things and that's why I purchased a new 2013 Pathfinder. Give this R52 a chance and you'll be amazed.
