Update:
It does appear to clear out after a few days of dry weather.
I still dont like it but i have a lot on my plate right now so will leave it be for now.

I ordered these ACANII headlights, they look the same as yours. The box they came in was marked CASP Auto Parts, AND... there's also a Spyder SKU# label on it as well.
I decided to go the route of full LED lighting, including headlights. I did have to install resistors for the front and rear turns.
