All Power Windows are SLOW

Just bought a 1999.5 Path and all the power windows are slowing going up. Didn't really consider the drive motor since ALL The windows are going up slow. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

spray a little silicone spray into the window run channels. after a while the channels get dry and cause strain on window motors.
