lol. i highly doubt they'd go through that much trouble just to find someone that hit your car. at least, in my city (not a major city), they wouldn't do that.

My wife still laughs at me for parking at the back of the lot at Walmart. I don't do that for every place I go, but Walmart tends to have more than its quota of absolutely useless members of society.
