I order mine last friday and they send me Email that maybe next Wednesday they will send me UPS track Number !
This company is very slow in business

I will get some pictures. My install was SLOPPY but it works.

They are slow right now because they have been selling a ton of these things and can't keep them in stock. You can look on their site and see what orders are shipping now too. I was happy to wait the extra few days to save the money

I am hoping to get to the fog lights tonight.

Hit a slight issue tonight.

Installed the fogs (VERY VERY VERY EASY) Everything worked fine. Turned everything off. About 20-30 minutes later went to leave and - hmmmm NO headlights!!!

No fuses blown anywhere. Called customer service/tech support, they said to unhook the fogs and see if the headlights work - may be a power issue (okay) Did that, no headlights. Called back and they were closed for the night. Removed the HID headlights put stocks back in and they worked fine. HID fogs work great and are bright as hell too.

I guess we will see what the deal is with them tomorrow. Starting to think : A: I am an idiot and don't know what I'm doing or
B: You get what you pay for.

Leaning more towards A (giving DDM a chance here)

I found out today that they are a little behind on stock because on of their shipping containers has been "held up" at the port.

I think my issue may be a bad control box on the wire harness, they are sending a new one out.

I guess its voltage issue

do you put both HID and fog 35w ballast ?

Both the headlights and fog lights are 35w ballasts. The headlights are ran together through a harness and the fog lights are not run together and have no harness.

I may try some trial and error stuff tomorrow and see if there is a connection problem somewhere.

I received Email from DDM today

Unfortunately, we are now out of stock of the HID kit you ordered. The bulbs and ballasts needed to fulfill your order are in a shipping container in the port of Los Angeles, but Customs has detained the container for a full inspection. We do not know when Customs will release the shipment to us.

In the meantime, we are attempting to obtain ballasts and bulbs so we may complete orders, including yours. At this time, I do not have a good estimate as to when your order will ship. I am very sorry for not knowing when your order will ship.

If you decide that you do not want to wait until the HID kit is back in stock, we will cancel your order and provide you with a full refund. Please let us know if you would like to cancel your order or wait until we have the HID kit to ship to you.

is it only with the highbeam thats off or low beam as well ?

It was both of them. They sent me a new wiring harness "control box". I replaced that (very simple) and now all works great. I will try to get some pics up later.

I must say that they have been pretty good so far as for customer service.

b_beder - At least they let you know and just didn't hold your money without any response. When I talked to them they were "looking for a different way to get another shipment" until customs releases this one. I would give them a few business days to see if they can work something out for you.

Good Call. I am ordering a couple of set for some friends today and I am going to grab a few spare bulbs for mine just on case I need them.

any word from them yet about yours I know they got a few containers in and are waiting on a few.

anyone have pictures of high beam then low beam for this kit yet?
I have only lows with my hid kit and have been thinking of switching.

do you not have to change to a projector lens to get these to actually shine correctly?
