"New" Pathfinder in OC

Postby 56nomad56 » Sun May 16, 2010 2:02 pm

Was looking for a capable, 3 row, midsize 4wd SUV to take trips in, and narrowed our choices to used LR3s (reliability), Jeep Commanders (no space behind the 3rd row), and the Pathfinder.

It took months to find a 4wd Pathfinder, as most in So Cal are 2wd. Yesterday all the hard work paid off, and I brought home a white '08 SE w/ tan leather, seems to be pretty loaded sans NAV and DVD. 40K miles, added extended warranty for 4 years/48K miles.

So far very happy, looking at all the pics on this forum of trips Pathfinder owners have taken makes me want to get out and EXPLORE!

First order of business will be better tires. Dealer put on tires called Neptune Experience, can't seem to find any reviews online. Never even heard of Neptune tires.
