Should be fine as long as its not more than 6000lbs and 500lbs on the tounge. This should help http://thenissanpath.com/viewtopic.php?t=65&start=0daxnizmo wrote:NOOB ALERT! LOL. Great forum first off. I practically LIVE on 300ZXclub.com and love how places like this give so much info and insight!
So I've noticed the majority of the Pathfinders towing large loads are the 4x4 offroad ones. My wife's '06 SE isn't the offroad package and I need to haul/tow my 300Z. I'd be using a trailor from a local Uhaul store and going from LA to GA. Just wondering if I'll be ok? Thanks in advance and I apologize if this is the wrong section to post in.

Thank you! I had came across the thread you linked but still wasn't 100% sure. This will be a 1 time deal too. LOL, this will be the 4th motor in 6 years for my Z. The Z forum I'm on has a guy who is GIVING me his motor out of his DD 300Z! I just have to get it to GA!
As far as I know the OR package keeps the same gear ratios right? Should have less power with the same gears and taller tires... and shouldn't tow any better at all then standard.daxnizmo wrote:NOOB ALERT! LOL. Great forum first off. Well I'd try to get one that does unless its a car dolly, but if the entire car is on the trailer i'd want some kind of brakes on the trailer. Surge brakes would save you from adding a brake controler for electric brakes.daxnizmo wrote:I'm not sure. It's from U Haul is about all I know.
