POWER STEERING FLUID ISSUES

Here's the deal: 1999 Nissan Pathfinder
My power steering fluid keeps leaking into the pass side boot of the rack and pinion. I have tried power steering fluid with stop-leak and the power steering fluid keeps leaking. Please tell me what might be the problem and how I might fix it myself. Also the leak is slow and gradual.

need a new rack. there should be a bunch of places in your area that can sell you one and maybe install it for around $200.00 you will need an alignment after the install also.
