My friend has a 91 pathfinder(5 spd) with a bad engine that has been rode hard and put away wet way to many times.... any ways he picked up a 95 pathfinder with an automatic....he is considering swapping bodies, what would that entail? would you have to swap the wiring harness, ecu etc over? He is considering doing the body swap instead of just swapping the engine

I heard that on these you have to completely drop the front axle out to get the engine? Or can you just loosen the brackets the hold the diff up there and drop it down a few inche's like on isuzu's?
