What kind of rims do you have? Got the specs?

They are MB Motoring 72's 18x9 +18 offset with machined mirror finish. I'm not running the 295/65/18 yet, I want to wear out the Coopers first. The Coopers are 285/60/18 (31.5x11.2) and they dont rub one bit, so I feel safe to go with the 295/65 (33x11.6) with minimal rubbing with my setup.

Oh, and a buddy of mine has Kumho RoadVenture A/T KL78's (with the alternate sidewall) and they are full of awesome! They dont look as agressive as the Duratracs and have small side biter but they grip like crazy and make his Dodge get through nasty places. So you might want to check them out also.

The Duratracs have a more agressive thread then the Zeon LTZ, so would u still think 295/60/18 would fit wiht these tires?

I think I need more sidewall, so Im thinking of 285/75/16 or 285/70/17. Hard to make up my mind. Specially since I havent tried anything on the truck yet. Maybe I will go with 275/70/18 also since I need new rims anyways.

If I would ship the rims from US to Norway, I guess I could order the tires in US aswell. Alot cheaper then in Norway..

The Duratrac's have alot more agressive tread than the Coopers, but I hear the Duratrac's tend to be slightly smaller than their stated size, that's why I'm gonna try the 295/65/18. The 17" size would be a nice looking combination.

Ok, thats good to know. I think my choice ends up on 285/70/17 (will give me a + 10cm additional groundclearence) on either MB 72`s or Chaos in matte black. Possible the last one if they produce it for Pathfinder in 17x8.

Id recon the Duratracs are a better tire then the Discoverer STT?

BTW, I see different dealers sells both D- and E-tire. What is the different?

With the new design on the Rancho's they don't leak down (or can't), the valves are no longer air control. They now have a sealed internal vave with a knob on the shock body to adjust it. And the remote setup is now just a motor that turns the knob on the shock body without having to cause any leaks. So you can count Rancho out if you want, but don't be misinformed

gotcha thanks. I cant decide what do to with the rear. May just run the rancho spacers with stock springs and a bilstein shock in the back. Idk. to many options.. ONly thing thats holding me back from ordering the lift..

Going to use the stock springs up front. then for the rear OME medium duty springs with bilstein shocks. I already have the camber bolts for the rear.Hoping for 2.5" of lift. Ill set the front shocks depending on how the rear sits. I was debating between the rancho rear spring spacers(offers 1.75" of lift) and actually changing the springs.

What made you go with the rear springs rather than the spacers? Also cant wait to see some pics

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe that the Rancho quick lift front shocks are adjustable.

hmm it says 1"-2.5" of lift height so i was assuming there adjustable. Ill have to give 4x4parts a call then.

Looking at the Rancho set-up, the spring seat does not move. (That's what gives the "adjustable" shocks the change in ride height.

I think it is a general term Rancho uses for the quick lift system to include all vehicle applications. (some vehicles will only gain 1" inch of lift while others will get up to 2 1/2" inches of lift)

Didn't look at it that way. Judging by storm4.0's set up he said he has 2.5" of lift using the same rancho set up. 2.5" is what I was looking for. So im gonna stay with the ranchos. At least now I know there not ride height adjustable. Just the softness/firmness.

Hows the ride compared to stock- for the 20 miles i put on it feels like stock.

If you had to do it again would you change anything- yes. I would have tried to go with bigger then 2.5". It barely looks like I lifted it at all.

Looks great! Are you going to get larger tires after your stockers wear out?

I may once these wear out. There pretty new. If I find a deal on something then ill go for it.or will go with a bigger tire and paint the rims.

Looks good man. I can definitely tell it is lifted, maybe take off the running boards to make it look a little higher. Did you have any alignment issues after your alignment?
