Spanner Service Indicator reset

Does anyone know how to reset the spanner service light indicator. I do my own servicing so my Pathfinder won’t be going to a Nissan approved garage to have the light reset.

It's a 2005 UK Spec Pathfinder

Pull off the negative battery terminal for a few hours?
or buy a scantool. In Canada they're pretty cheap now. $100 for one that can read codes and erase lights.
pays off in 1 use.
