Two codes...A little help?

I am getting a P1031 code and a P1148 code. Closed loop bank 1. Which side of the vehicle is bank 1? I think this is the A/F sensor that is visible under the hood upstream of the cats?

Is this the first thing to changeout? Or could it be something else? Should I stick with OEM or are there aftermarket ones that will work ok?

the other code is the heater for the same sensor. I'd check your MAF too...
