Looking at getting a R51 Pathy once my daily has been sold.

We're needing it for towing my track car (I'm building up) and as a family friendly vehicle that we can take camping and mild 4x4ing.

Both the daily and the Track car are Nissan S12's or Gazelle's as known here in Aus.

The daily sports a CA18det (Turbo 1.8lt 4cyl) from a 180SX with a stage 2 shift kit and suspension mods.

The track car, is getting a VQ30det (Turbo 3lt Alloy V6) with a 350Z 6MT gearbox with even more suspension mods.

So been around the nissans for a while and would struggle if i were to try and own another brand. Though I have been learning Toyota's a little as of late.

I am a Product Design Engineer and work for Kenworth in Bayswater, so been around diesels for a few years.

I have been learning ways to get improvements from the "stock" system that wont confuse the ECU too much and make the systems more powerful, more torque, and more fuel efficient.

So hopefully with that knowledge i can put into the R51 and then share the positive (and negative) results.
