does any 1 know how to start test mode which test the gauge cluster needles and lights?

i need to know cause the speedo is of pretty bad ill be doing 50 and the gauge will say 69 its pretty anoyying dont want to go to the dealler because there not to bright and there is only 2 mechanics there
