16's... i assume it would be 265/75/16

Yes. You can also throw a 285/75/16 on there, although you might have a bit of frame rubbing & you'll definitely have to do the "fender mod." A 265/75/16 is the largest stock size they run with the 16" wheels, so you are perfectly within spec running those.
