Fog lamp kits - aftermarket

Postby Bcraven22 » Tue May 15, 2012 6:49 pm

Do any of you guys know or have a link to a site I could order aftermarket fog lights. I have the S model and they didn't come on that model and I'd like to have them but don't wanna pay the OEM price.
Does anyone know if the 2010-2011 would fit the 12?

I would assume that the 08-12 should be the same part. 05-07 the hood was shorter. In 08 they had to make room for the V8 which extended the front end.

Have you looked on Ebay? Worth a shot.

Thanks for the info. I will look on eBay now I just didn't know where to find information about what years matched up with others.
Would you happen to know what year wheels would fit a 2012? Or will all Nissan 6 lug wheels work?

Take a look at this thread about tires and bolt patterns.

Nissan used the same 6 lug pattern, similar to Toyotas, for years until 2005. When the R51 Pathfinder came out, they went to a smaller bolt circle for reasons only they know! 2005 and newer Xterras and Frontiers should also share the same smaller pattern as the R51.

Correct. The Frontier/X/Pathfinder from 2005 to 2012 all have the same bolt pattern. It is however different than the titan/armada. Those rims will not fit without adaptors. I acutally have some frontier rims on my pathfinder.

Well that's why I'm asking. I saw a thread either on here or another nissan forum where a guy took some 5 spoke Frontier rims and had them powder coated pretty cheap and put them on his Pathfinder. Since he had two sets, he wasn't without a vehicle during the powder coating process and was then able to sell his OEM wheels on ebay/CL. They look super bad a** with the tires he has on it. I just hope if I'm able to find a set at a good price and do it that it looks that good with factory tires. I'm not going to buy a new set of tires when mine only have 500 miles on them.

Exactly. Any 05 and up Nissan Frontier/Xterra/Pathfinder rims will be just fine if you are looking to keep Nissan rims.

Thanks for all the info Volvite. I'll post some pics as I get this moving along. Just got it a week ago, but I have some good ideas.
