Did yours coming loose display any signs? From what I can see, "spec" is 33 ft lb and then turn another 90 degrees. Is this right? Just doesn't sound like enough.deermjd wrote:The crank pulley could be loose. I had that problem after I had the secondary timing chain and guides replaced. The crank pulley bolt wasn't tightened to spec. Take a good look at the crank pulley itself. There's a chance the rubber that is between the inner and outer metal portions has deteriorated. This would cause the pulley to turn on itself and be out of balance.
