Akley those tires look awesome. I'm throwing the lift on Sunday but it looks like I may buy wheel spacers first after seeing your pics.

Now I see where the trimming occurred up front. There's a write-up on ClubFrontier about how to adjust the LCA to move the wheel/tire more forward to allow a better turning clearance to lessen the rubbing.

I can see the bumper here as well as the area near the front door, I think that's what I'm looking at.

I still rub a bit under flex on both the bumper and panel near the door even after modification. Also, I've removed all plastic up front, so all there is now are the OEM skid plates and I still catch the bumper every now and then.

one problem that im having now is the steering wheel shakes above 45mph. but it then stops shaking as bad around 70. the tire shop said i might need a steering stabilizer. but saturday is the earliest i can get in to get it looked at.

I'd say it's the balance on the tires.

I've got a very similar tire/wheel size and adapter/spacer set-up and I removed the front stabilizer bar, and it's fine at highway speeds, no shakes.

i do think it might also need an aligment due to the fact that the front tires that were on it were so cupped they fall over if you try to stand them up by themselves.

so i went to ntb this morning and they would not touch my car when they saw that it had spacers on it.

Discount is the same way. I've got a local shop here that does a lot of 4X4 work and they did it all.

They've done a lot of work on my rig so I trust them.

I'd try and find another shop, reputable of course.

i got the place that i ordered the tires from to rebalance the wheels and tires. they didnt want to put any weight on the front of the wheel. i told them if they have to i dont care. they rebalanced the wheels. they said it took a decent amount of weight. no more shake at 45-50 where it used to start havent got a chance to try it out at highway speed yet.

since i got the new tires i have been trying to get a chance to park next to a stock pathfinder to see the difference and today i got a chance and i noticed something that seemed weird. the bottom of my side mirror was level to the top of the side mirror of the one i parked next to. is this possible with the rancho quick lift and the 295/75/16 tires. cause i measured the mirror and thats like 5-7" of difference.

I had some modification done when I went with the 33's, but they stick so far out, needed a lot. And now with the 35's, I'm needing to do it again.

Just wanted to see what you did. Probably do mine tomorrow.

I'm contemplating giving the method documented on the Fronty forums a shot. Where basically you utilize the OEM camber and caster adjustments in order to move the front wheels forward a bit.
