Nasty Faux wood trim

I really despise wood grain interiors. I cannot find any kits to address the wood on the door panels. Am I missing something? Does anyone make a molded kit to address the wood grain on the door panels?

Can they be pulled off without taking the door panel off?

any help would be greatly appreciated

I know some people have bought the 3M carbon fiber tape and used that to cover up the ugly wood trim.
