If he called Nissan he might be correct. We get our bolts through the parts house (specialty products alignment kits)
The camber/caster is locked in the front due to bolts with over-sized washers. The easiest way to adjust those is to replace the bolts with eccentric kits that allow the bolt to move in/out.
I had to buy a set for my truck, but ironically when I put larger tires on the numbers got better and I only had to install one side.
