Pathfinder into a truck

I have a 1996 Nissan Pathfinder SE 3.3L v6 not sure if it's a R50 or not .
was wondering if i can yank off the body and put a truck cab and bed on the frame

No, because 96-04 Pathfinders do not have a frame; they have a unibody chassis.
