Why is water leaking here!??

I have been noticing a puddle from the rear passengers side of my path. By the time I turn off the car and walk around, there is a solid two hands wide puddle of water!?? I took this picture of the hose that I leaking, is it some type of condensation or anything weird? I didnâ€™t think there was a run off from the a/c all the way back there but who knows. If you look in between the rear tire and rear bumper itâ€™s right under there.

I have noticed this too on my 06 PF, but it seems to be coming from the tube beside these two lines and the outer fender.

It has been really hot and humid here in Georgia!

If you have rear AC then it would make sense for a drain to be by the rear evap.
