my speedo is not working properly between 20mph and 55mph. I have determined that its the cluster.

The speedometer head is (or was) sold separately from the cluster and is replaceable. You "may" still be able to purchase a new speedo head from Nissan, but due to its age, its possible that they have been discontinued and are obsolete by now. Try looking it up with your VIN # at NissanPartsDeal.com. If it isn't still available, your options are to try and find a good, used speedo head (or cluster assembly) or see if it can be repaired (try Mr. Whizard or CircuitBoardMedics.com).
