There are adjustment bolts in the rear suspension. One is on the rear, lower control arm that houses the coil spring. The other is in the front, lower control arm of the rear suspension; on that control arm, the front mounting bolt is a regular bolt and the rear mounting bolt has the eccentric for adjusting. So, yours is the way it should be.
