My truck had the same symptoms as you Kami and I replaced both rear driveshaft U-joints.... problem solved.

^^^^ Very true. But just incase you feel adventureous it's the brown wire @ the horn switch for years 2005-2008.

Did you have the oil changed as well? The reason I ask is because I had an oil change along with a trans flush done and my truck would whine only sometimes not always. It turned out to be a faulty oil filter.
