Re: New morimoto frontier lights to fit 09 pathfinder?

The headlights look the same. I looked up the part numbers on both vehicles and part numbers are different though so there may be a slight variation between the two?

I agree that the headlights look sweet!

Re: Fjallasport Fiberglass Fender Flares installed on USA Pathfinder

Wow, those flares are massive. Same fender flares I want to go with, but now I'm reconsidering as I won't have wheels that will fill that huge wheel well. Maybe I'll go with some baby flares off ebay or something lol

Thanks for being the guinea pig! Looks badass!

Re: How To: Fix Rear Alignment After lift

I was actually going the route of using the Armada subframe as parts for my R51 subframe. I know the lower control arm is the same between both the Armada and R51, at least that's according to Rockauto. I know the rear UCA is different, so I know I would need to relocate the upper rear UCA brackets ...

Re: How To: Fix Rear Alignment After lift

Although the rear coil bucket arm on the USA Pathy looks weak compared to the imported Pathy, the bushing seems to stick a bit further out on the USA Pathy unless it's just the angle that you took the picture that makes it look so? I'm still dealing with my rear alignment issue myself. I think I hav...

Try checking your local Napa autoparts or Autozone, hopefully they have new old stock still sitting around.

Welcome and thanks for the feedback. I'm new to trucks in general so I've only tried the Dick Cepek Extreme Country and Maxxis Rzr MT.

Re: Any/Max Lift with Bilstein 4600 Shocks?

Ah, didn't realize you already have the Bilsteins on. 1 and 2 could be caster related like you said. 3 could be coincidence or perhaps mostly downhill? A lifted vehicle will always get worst fuel mileage due to the height allowing more air to flow underneath which causes more drag. The factory skid ...

I'm sure mine is higher mileage than yours and less well cared for and I went straight to Amsoil Signature Series LOL So far so good.

Re: Found my coolant leak

Thanks for the pictures. I need to crawl under mine and inspect those same coolant lines too. It looks easy enough to replace with custom silicone hoses or generic rubber coolant hoses from the local auto parts store.

Re: Prg lift

I didn't do the pucks, but by going off PRG's site it looks like plug and play to me. The site suggest they have longer Bilstein 4600s for the rear available, but doesn't say it's required by any means. Even the members on here that swapped out the rear springs for Armada springs doesn't have to do ...

Re: Rocker rust

It looks like their Metal Prep product is like a paint primer. Neutralizes surface rust and etches bare metal(acidic???) leaving behind a zinc phosphate coating so the final rust prevention coating will adhere to the rust area. It looks like the Metal Prep product is the most important part of their...

Re: Rocker rust

Sorry, I haven't been responding here as much as I use to. Just been quick popping in and out of all the forums I frequent lately with house projects going on since the weather is warming up now. I would definitely go with the wire wheel or sand blast and the goal is to take it to bare metal in and ...
