The Vehicle is jacked up and the rear tire is off the ground. http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h192/paulnmissy/HPIM1837.jpg I had a 2009 Honda Pilot come into the shop I work at so I took a look at the rear spring Honda uses. It is way beefier than the ones on our Pathfinders. (see Honda Pilot rear...

@ NVSteve... I just picked up some OME 1" rear lift springs and they are massive. Almost twice as thick and way longer than the stock springs. It looks like they will lift the rear more than stated and they may make the ride to stiff. How is your street driving experinence with these springs? I...

OME 1" REAR LIFT SPRINGS

I just picked up some OME 1" rear lift springs and they are massive. Almost twice as thick and way longer than the stock springs. I'm concerned that they will lift the rear more than stated and they may make the ride to stiff. What is everyone else experinence with these springs? I have the Bil...

I recomend the Nissan coolant. It is a very dark green vs a light neon green like the autozone stuff. Also you must only use Distilled water in the cooling system. Hose water can have a lot of bad stuff in it that could harm your cooling system.

How are the BFG's wearing? My 05 likes to chew the outer tread up. Was pretty bad with the stock BFG's and also with the Nitto Terra Grapplers. I swithced to a Michelin and it's a lot better. Michelins just aren't the best looking tires.

I can add my 05 Pathfinder. It has had past problems. (I'm at 60k now and most of the occurences were between 40-50K miles. Will it let me enter those past issues?)

I had the fuel gauge sensor go out at about 40k, the IPDM go out at about 42k and the passenger side catalytic converter go out at 50k. I have and extended warranty that covered it all. (the cat was still covered under the factory emissions warranty - I think up to 80k)

I live in Arizona with summer temps above 110 degrees for a good portion of the year and this mod makes me nervous. Not doing it also makes me nervous. Has anyone talked with a knowledgeable Nissan tech about this?

I just picked up the 1" OME rear lift springs and they are massive. I hope they ride like OME claims. They look like they'll lift the rear more than 1"!

I'm gonna set my Bilstein 5100 according to how the rear end comes out.

Got the goods today. Bilstein 5100 for up front and OME 1" lift springs for the rear matched up with some OME shocks. Like "xd9-g19" said even the 1" rear springs look massive like they give 3 or 4 inches of lift. I guess you just have to have faith. I'm going to install the rear...

I've had the stock BGF Long Trails and Nitto Terra Grapplers on mine and they both wore like crap. Lots of cupping on the outer side. (& the alignment is fine) When I switched to Michelins that problem seemed to be less. And the road noise went way down.

I just ordered the Bilstein 5100 adjsusable front struts along with OME rear 1" lift springs. When I measure the Pathfinder now the front is about a half inch lower than the rear. I'm going to install the new rear springs first and than decide where to set the front. I'm thinking 1 1/2 inches a...
