up and down rev counter

Hi all,

Totally new to this so be nice!!

I go into 3rd gear and above put throttle down for turbo to kick in then drop off and build up again have I got issues???

If so any ideas???

Pushing down on accelerator at say 50mph rev counter jumps up to 3000rpm then sinks to 1500rpm then gradually goes back up it feels like turbo is dropping off.
