Navigation/DVD Bypass switch for 2006 Pathfinder

Let me first start by saying thank you to kmjsuperfly for the original post for a 08 pathfinder navigation bypass switch. I wanted to post this for people with an 06 Pathfinder with navigation. This was much easier than I thought and only took about 1 hours. For the 06 there is only one wire to cut and it is under the passenger seat. If I miss any steps make sure you read kmjsuperfly's posting for a much more detailed post and pictures here:

#1 Remove the cup holder trim, center storage bin (no screws)
#2 Remove the center console (no screws)
#3 I used the blank spot in the center console for the switch
#4 The switch I used is SPDT

#5 Install switch and run wires to the back part of the passenger seat.
#6 Here is a picture of the installed switch

For the next step I pulled up the front seat to get access to the Nav DVD player
#7 Here is a picture of the back of the NAV DVD player from the rear seat
#8 You want the connector on the right side (the smaller of the two) it is labeled B152 in the service manual. It is the 4th pin in from the left if you are looking at the end of the connector. It is pin # 66 and on my car it was a grey wire with silver dashes. The wire is called the Vehicle speed signal wire.

#9 Just cut the wire and connect each end of the wire to the leads from the switch.

Hope people with an 06 Pathfinder with Navigation find this helpful.
