Weird ringing sound underneath

I have a 2006 Pathfinder 4x4 and recently at low speeds around 10-20 mph, there is a ringing sound or noise coming from underneath. It sounds like a very small bell ringing or something loose while at low speed. Anybody here experienced this wierd sound?

Sounds like the heat shields.Mine ring when I close the doors
