Oil there usually looks like it's coming from the rear main, but 9 times out of 10 it's actually coming from the back of a rocker cover and filtering down the seam between the engine and trans. Some UV dye in the oil is usually the best way to trace that stuff.

Although I never got a exceptionally well maintained example. My criteria was a southern vehicle, Alabama and Florida all its life. there’s more rust on the roof channels than that floorpan on this one ironic for me lol.
